A small step for you, a giant leap for a bank. Swedbank is the largest bank in Estonia and the entire Baltic region. Despite its strong position, the bank recognised the need to reinforce its appeal among business customers as competition intensified and customer expectations evolved. Surprising, right? Even market leaders can’t afford to stand still.

Improving patient care for complex diseases like lung cancer requires more than medical expertise — it demands collaboration and empathy. The project is a powerful example of how deep stakeholder engagement and user-centered design can drive meaningful change.

Elron, the Estonian passenger train operator, asked us to find out what makes train travel good. So we looked into it and talked to everyone. From frequent daily commuters to special needs travellers to first-timers. A year later Elron had implemented so many improvements to their service that the project was nominated as the best service design project of 2024.

HARNO engaged us to create a vocational education innovation program. During the program three organisational models of workplace-based learning were designed, to be piloted in schools during the 23/34 education year.
